We are excited to introduce our new smart phone app and online patient portal!
Features:
- Link all family members under one account
- Submit refills for each family member through the app
- See all prescription information including prescribers and pill images
- Send us a message to which we can reply
- This allows you to ask questions or send us photos (ie new insurance cards) (due to federal regulations, pictures of hand-written prescriptions cannot be accepted)
- Be notified through the app that prescriptions are ready for pickup*
- *Please note, all prescription ready notifications will occur through the app if downloaded, please allow push notifications to notify you that prescriptions are ready to be picked up.
- Set reminders to take medications at a scheduled time.
Click on the prescription refill/patient portal tab above or download the app: Click or scan one of the buttons below and it will redirect you to “RxLocal” in your app store. - Once downloaded, open the app and register for an account and choose “Idaho” and “Idaho Falls” then select Mike’s Pharmacy. During initial setup, you will need a prescription number for each family member you wish to add. This will be the same login information for the patient portal on our website.
